As project lead on a recent Culture Study, I was
able to serve as liaison between the client and
various creative teams during the development
of print, video, and web content for use in
communicating the findings to key stakeholders.
Learning and sharing with others is a passion of
mine. I view effective speaking, writing, and
listening as three of the most valuable tools
available in building strong relationships.
In order to lead most effectively, I strive to earn

¨ Served as relationship manager and project coordinator between internal
consultants, client, and third-party creative teams on year-long culture
study that resulted in the production of the following:
· 7 cultural values communication / training videos
· 1 page cultural values marketing brochure
· 14 page cultural values booklet
· 20 page cultural values training workbook
· 6 vector graphics (responsible for original design)
¨ Managed team of analysts on projects that included survey creation,
administration, analysis, and reporting of data. One particular month during
2013 included the following statistics:
· 9 surveys (avg. 55 questions each)
· 712 individual respondents (467 completed survey)
· 23,000-35,000 question responses

¨ Proficient writer having recently completed a 20,000 word book on the topic
of Leadership Development for CHORUS, Inc.
¨ Responsible for A/V coordination and management at the 2012 Indiana
Vision 2025 conference which hosted 250 of the top business, political, and
